From our friends in Quality Matters and their project ‘We Make Good’
Hello colleagues
Very exciting.

Our new social enterprise, We Make Good, has been shortlisted for a €10k fund from Ulster Bank. There is a public vote open  until the 10th November that will help the judges’ panel gauge the support for the shortlisted projects.

It takes literally 3 seconds.

just click through the link and vote for Quality Matters – We Make Good.

We really need this fund to help get the project off the ground, so the more support we have on this vote, the better.
A little info on the project:
We Make Good will address the lack of real employment opportunities for ex-offenders and other at-risk communities. We are connecting Irish designers with social enterprises who support these motivated people back into employment, and together we are manufacturing and retailing beautiful, design led products. Using a business model to create social change, we are supported by 3rd level design institutions and the Department of Justice. We Make Good has the potential to grow exponentially, and to support many people to make positive changes in their lives. Employment for marginalised people means a better life for them and their families, as well as safer communities.
All votes greatly appreciated! If you know anyone that you think might like to support us by voting, please do pass this mail on.
Thanks for your help!
