ENSIE intends to carry out a project related to sustainable public procurement, especially reserved contracts. More precisely, the aim is to put in place a European data base that will contain reserved contracts allocated in the EU countries and which could be consulted by public institutions that consider buying from WISEs. In order to develop and accomplish the foreseen goal, ENSIE would like to invite its members to participate in this project and be part of this experience.
