The European Commission launched an evaluation of ESF support to social inclusion. The evaluation will assess three main things: how the European Social Fund (ESF) promotes social inclusion (integrating disadvantaged people into society and ensuring fairer life opportunities for all) and combats poverty/discrimination; structural reforms and the visibility, usefulness, relevance, value for money and effectiveness of ESF measures.
