The social economy enterprise development programme is being delivered again from October 2023 to May 2024. Applications should be emailed to (Gerard.doyle@tudublin.ie) before Friday 8th September. Ger will be happy to answer any queries that individuals who receive the email may have regarding the module.
The programme will provide participants with: a thorough understanding of what constitutes the social economy enterprise sector, the challenges the sector faces, the contribution it can make in addressing a range of societal issues. For example, it will focus on the contribution social economy enterprises (including co-operatives) can perform in the transition to more sustainable and inclusive communities and societies.
The programme will be delivered via a combination of online (the majority) and onsite lectures in TU Dublin, Bolton Street and the Grangegorman campus. It will balance theory and practice and provide students with an understanding of the skills required to develop and sustain vibrant social economy enterprises.
