DLR Chamber has added its FIRST ever Social Enterprise Award category to its Business Awards 2025. Sponsored by DLR Co Council and supported by Southside Partnership, this award is a huge milestone for social enterprises in DLR so PLEASE APPLY and bring added awareness to your organisation and to the social enterprise sector – let’s put social enterprise on the map!
DLR Chamber has announced the FIRST Social Enterprise of the Year Award category within its highly prestigious Business Awards 2025! This exciting development for social enterprises in DLR aims to shine a light on the work, impact and difference that these organisations are making for our communities and individuals. If you are a social enterprise APPLY NOW to be part of this momentous occasion and movement to continue building a thriving and sustainable social enterprise sector in Dún Laoghaire Rathdown. Closing date: Monday 15th September 2025.

Please note that, as this is a new category, the submission deadline has been extended to Monday 15th September 2025 at 5:00pm.
The awards ceremony will be held on Wednesday 22nd October, in the Royal Marine Hotel, Dún Laoghaire. All 3 shortlisted social enterprises will be invited to attend where there will be opportunities to network with DLR Chamber, DLR Co Councillors, and representatives from the business community, DLR Co Council among others to further enhance awareness, understanding and support in your work and the impact of your organisation’s vision. In addition, DLR Chamber will be promoting this award and those of you who are shortlisted before the event. After the ceremony, they will further promote the winner in interviews and social media. This is truly an exciting development in the support of social enterprises in Dún Laoghaire Rathdown and we encourage all our SEs to be a part of this inaugural award.
