2011 Commission’s Social Business Initiative (SBI) has been published

We are pleased to inform you that the study on the impact of the 2011 Commission’s Social Business Initiative (SBI) and its follow-up actions has now been published. Please find it here: https://ec.europa.eu/social/main.jsp?catId=738&langId=en&pubId=8373&furtherPubs=yes.

As you know from earlier exchanges, this study includes:

  1. a comprehensive and critical assessment of the initiatives implemented since the adoption of the SBI, and
  2. ideas for possible measures to be put forward at EU and national levels in the future.

This study will be very useful to feed the preparation of the action plan for the social economy due in 2021, and we would like to thank you once again for your valuable contribution to this exercise, both by accepting to be interviewed or/and by actively participating in the seminar organized by the contractors in October.
