I would like to inform you that the Open Call for Expressions of Interest to participate in the National Social Enterprise Policy Implementation Group has just been announced on the DRCD website: https://www.gov.ie/en/campaigns/62a241-national-social-enterprise-policy-implementation-group-2019-2022/ I would ask you to circulate this widely within your respective networks, in particular to social enterprise practitioners.
Interested individuals should submit their Expression of Interest Application Form via email to SEImplementation@drcd.gov.ie by close of business on Wednesday 30 October 2019.
I would like to reiterate that whilst the Implementation Group will be an important vehicle to oversee implementation of the National Social Enterprise Policy, and will be necessarily restricted in numbers, it will neither substitute nor will it replace our practice of ongoing, meaningful engagement with the broadest possible range of stakeholders as we progress implementation of the National Social Enterprise Policy.
