| On Thursday 16th January 2020 we were delighted to showcase the achievements of our 2019 Social Enterprise Development Fund Awardees. The night consisted of speeches from Deirdre Mortell, CEO, Social Innovation Fund Ireland, Kevin McCarthy, Secretary-General of the Department of Rural & Community Development, and the announcement of a new €1.6M Fund from Chair of IPB Insurance, George Jones. |

| We were joined on the night by the 2019 Social Enterprise Development Fund Awardees all of whom told their stories of success and achievements and how the investment has helped their organisations flourish. The showstoppers on the night, however, were ‘Joyful Noise’, an inclusive, community music project for young adults established with the support of WALK. They ended the evening on a high with their performance of ABBA’s ‘Dancing Queen’! |
