Caroline Egan
Caroline is Managing Director of CramdenTECH, a training, eLearning and business coaching consultancy. Founded in 2013, the Shannon based operation supports a client base of social enterprises, charities and SME throughout Ireland. Caroline’s career path has taken her on a journey from the food manufacturing sector, to lecturing at Third Level in Ireland and Finland. Her experiences as a voluntary board member in the early noughties, prompted a career move into the Non-Profit Sector in 2008. Caroline worked for five years in social enterprise and charity training and development before establishing CramdenTECH.
