WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

This series of workshops is specifically designed to create a safe environment and provide the necessary tools to delve deeply, bringing clarity and the freedom to create an ideal vision for you and your business that excites and energises you.

It’s rare that you ever give yourself permission to take a step back, look at and re-assess the big picture and make real progress that’s right for both you and your business. Taking what we call a ‘10,000 foot view’ of your life, not just your business, can really propel you forwards with a big leap towards where you want to be and the direction that is right for you, which ultimately will also be right for your business.

It can be tempting to keep rushing into things without giving yourself the time to ensure you are on the right path. Getting the strategy and planning right at each stage of your journey will save you time and energy, prevent unnecessary mistakes, and set you up for success.

During these five workshops we will take a step by step approach to dig deep and gain clarity around the following:

 

DEFINING WHAT SUCCESS MEANS TO YOU

The FIRST STEP is critical – understanding what’s important to you, what your overall vision is for the business and how that fits into your personal lifestyle and priorities.

OUTCOME: An understanding of your personal and professional purpose, mission and values.

 

ADDRESSING ANY CONCERNS AND FEARS THAT BLOCK YOU

The SECOND STEP is acknowledging the inevitable challenges that arise. Understanding potential obstacles in terms of your mindset, as well as the practical side of running a business, will allow you to prepare for these challenges. Fears and concerns can be debilitating and the sooner you address these the better for you.

OUTCOME: Developing the right mindset and building your confidence as you plan for the future.

 

GETTING CLEAR ON YOUR COMBINED LIFE AND BUSINESS PLAN

The THIRD STEP is setting up clear goals and anchoring them in what’s really important to you. This will ensure that you are genuinely motivated but also that success in achieving those goals will be rewarding and meaningful to you. Once you have these goals, you can work out the actions you need to take in order to achieve them in the next three months, six months, and one year (and beyond!).

OUTCOME: Specific objectives for what you want to achieve and strategies to help you achieve them.

 

SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR SUCCESS

The FOURTH STEP is setting yourself up for success. We can spend a lot of time dreaming up ambitious visions and plans for our business but still end up losing focus and getting distracted by ‘life’. In order to realise our goals, especially the bigger, long-term ones, we need to anchor them in our daily routine and ensure we’re consistently taking action.
