Senior Project officer – Bilingual EN/FR
Full-time – fixed-term contract until 30/06/2021 that may be extended into an open-ended contract
ENSIE, the European Network of Social Integration Enterprises, unites national and regional networks of Work Integration Social Enterprises throughout Europe. Its mission is to defend the interests of its members at the European level, to organize exchanges between them and to cooperate closely with other social economy actors. Currently the team is made of three people: a Director, a policy officer and a communication officer. We are looking for a Senior project officer.
Your mission
Under the guidance and with the support of the Director:

You will manage and animate European projects in the field of formation and skills development of Work Integration Social enterprises employees and in the field of construction and animation of new networks. In the framework of those projects, you will:

Manage the day-to-day activities, ensuring that all the deliverables are ready on time, with the right budget and with the expected quality ;

Ensure the financial management of those projects and their budgets ;

Animate relations with partners;

Document the person in charge of communication un the updating of the website and social media channels;

Raise awareness to policy makers and other stakeholders on the topic of skills and insertion through work.

You follow the development of a fundraising policy:

Mapping the EU, national and private funding programmes, following the network strategy ;

Answering to relevant call for proposals and tenders ;

Creating and managing partnerships if needed.

Your profile :
You are a motivated person, enthusiastic to work in a small team, in a multicultural and international environment. You have excellent managing skills. You have the ability to handle multiple activities and projects simultaneously. You work accurately, efficiently and autonomously, even under pressure.
You have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with senior public officials and public authorities.
You can justify a minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager. You are knowledgeable in the management of several complex European projects (grants, services contracts…) completed on time and within budget, both in terms of content and administration
You are fluent in English and in French (spoken and written).
A good knowledge of the social and solidarity economy and social entrepreneurship would be appreciated.
Job description

Contract : full-time – fixed-term contract until 30/06/2021 that may be extended into an open-ended contract.

Starting date : as soon as possible

Workplace: Brussels (principal place), homeworking depending on the sanitary situation, Milmort (Liège region). You might be required to travel across Europe occasionally.

Gross Monthly salary : 2.900 €/month

Advantages : reimbursement of travel expenses (public transport) and meal vouchers of 7€
