Rethink Ireland and the Department of Rural and Community Development are undertaking research to assess the impact of different legal forms utilised by social enterprises and to discern whether or not a distinct legal form would be of value or necessary to social enterprises in Ireland. This is one of the commitments made in the National Social Enterprise Policy for Ireland 2019-2022.
Gerard Doyle and Tanya Lalor have been engaged to undertake a consultation process with social enterprises and key stakeholders as part of this research. This consultation process includes a survey of a sample of social enterprises in Ireland.  I would appreciate it if you could kindly forward this email to your member organisations.

If you are a social enterprise, have been trading for at least two years, and are interested in being included in a database from which a sample of social enterprises will be selected, please register using the link below by Friday 6 November.
