From the Euclid Network
We are proud to announce the official launch of the inaugural European Social Enterprise Monitor (ESEM) Report at the European Commission’s European Social Economy Summit #EUSES in Mannheim on 26th May 2021.

ESEM is a panel research project launched in 2020 providing in-depth data and insights into social enterprise(s) and social start-ups across Europe. The first of its kind, ESEM aims to fill the current gap in data on social enterprise in Europe. The report ensures that data provided by impact practitioners is readily available for decision-makers in politics, civil society and the economy.
The ESEM 2020-2021 is the first social enterprise monitor on the European level. In September 2020, EN in close collaboration with its partners launched the ESEM Survey. Socially and environmentally minded entrepreneurs had the opportunity to share their experiences regarding social entrepreneurship in their respective countries as well as consequentially offering insights into the wider European social enterprise ecosystem.

In future years, we will expand our pool of country partners, research partners, outreach partners and sponsors. Organisations from countries who are currently not yet partners are welcome to contact and inform their network of social entrepreneurs.
Are you a social entrepreneur who wants to influence the next generation of social enterprise strategies, policies and funding? Sign up to be notified when a survey for your country will become available.
