Dublin Climate Action Week 2021 is a one-week programme of events running from the 13th – 19th September 2021, which aims to inspire, share knowledge and highlight best practice on climate action, as we work towards creating a healthier, more sustainable Dublin.

Smart Logistics Webinar – September 15th 1pm-2pm
This Webinar will discuss some of the latest innovations in urban logistics and deliveries, including project examples from Smart Dublin and commercial operators. Joining the Dots: The Smart Sandyford Approach to Data, Research and Climate – September 16th 11am-12am
Tackling the major climate issues requires people with different expertise and experience to work together to identify novel but also practical solutions. This panel will focus on the collaborative work between local authorities, academics and industry using the ‘quadruple helix’ model to bring different knowledge bases and approaches together. Smart Mobility Hub Phase 2 Launch – September 16th 12pm-1pm
‘Smart Mobility Hubs’ offer shared electric cars and e-bikes that are free to use and easy to book. They are provided by businesses to their staff for the purpose of work travel. This event will showcase the innovative “Smart Mobility Hub” model, championed by Dublin City Council, with the potential to transform work-related travel. This webinar will feature discussion on emerging trends in shared mobility, practical considerations in setting up a Smart Mobility Hub, future plans for scale and how to get involved.
