About the Social Enterprise Development Fund:
The Social Enterprise Development Fund 2018 – 2022 is a €3.2 million Fund, created by Rethink Ireland in partnership with Local Authorities Ireland and funded by IPB Insurance and the Department of Rural and Community Development via the Dormant Accounts Fund. In 2021, 16 fantastic social enterprises received cash grants and business supports from this fund while a further 18 enterprises received support through the funds ‘Genesis Programme’.
