During the Covid-19 pandemic, third sector organisations (TSOs) and social enterprises (SEs) were forced to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and undergo digital transformations. However, the lack of visibility, limited resources and access to knowledge, digital and technical skills challenged the digitalisation of the third sector.
