On the 13th November 2024, the B-WISE Final Conference will delve into strategies for boosting employment for workers with support needs, showcasing tailored training materials, and discussing the European WISE Skills Strategy. The afternoon workshop will explore synergies with other projects, including “DigitalBoost,” supported by the King Baudouin Foundation.
On the 14th November 2024, the BuyWISEly Final Event will celebrate the promotion of “buy social” B2B markets and the role of WISEs in upskilling disadvantaged groups. The day will include insightful discussions and a WISEs study visit. Save the dates for these pivotal discussions on the future of work integration and social impact.

B-WISE hosts its final event “Boosting employment of workers with support needs and boosting skills for work integration” taking place on the 13th of November at the European Economic and Social Committee. We’ll showcase the project’s key results, focusing on how WISEs support workers with diverse needs while balancing local economic demands. Discover how we’ve developed tailored training materials to enhance work integration across Europe. Hear from key stakeholders, discussions on the European WISE Skills Strategy developed by the B-WISE project, and policy recommendations to build a more inclusive workforce. |

The workshop session in the afternoon will focus on the synergies developed with other project. In the framework of the workshop “How to boost digitalisation in Work Integration Social Entreprises?” attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the results of “DigitalBoost”, a project carried forward at the national level in Belgium by ENSIE, along with their Belgian member RES and supported by the King Baudouin Foundation. English-French interpretation will be available during this workshop. |

BuyWISEly Final Conference:
Partnering up for increased social impact: WISEs and mainstream businesses together

The final conference will highlight the BuyWISEly project’s achievements in promoting partnerships oriented to buy social with Work Integration Social Enterprises, presenting an overview on B2B partnerships with Mainstream Businesses engagement and shared value creation. Key discussions will cover the means towards partnership build-up based on existing practices, and the way forward in advancing B2B that gathers increased social impact towards mutual gains among parts. The conference comprises a study visit in WISEs in the Brussels region.
The conference will also discuss the results of “Consommer malin, consommer responsable”, a project developed by ENSIE at the national level in Belgium and realised with the support of Loterie Nationale.
