Entrepreneurship and innovation can revitalise rural areas, turning them into places of opportunity.
We would like to remind you that registrations remain open for the 2025 edition of the European Startup Village Forum, which will take place on 29 October in Brussels(European Commission’s Berlaymont building).
The Forum brings together European, national, regional and local policymakers, entrepreneurs, and rural communities to shape actions that support locally driven, innovative entrepreneurship in rural areas.
This year’s edition will explore the patterns, drivers and obstacles to entrepreneurship and innovation in rural regions. Members of the Startup Village community and rural entrepreneurs will share their experiences, highlighting the factors that have enabled or hindered startup creation and innovation in their areas, in dialogue with researchers and policymakers.
Register now to join the discussion in Brussels! Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a rolling basis. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is approved.
The Startup Village Forum is an initiative of the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre, supporting the long-term vision for stronger, more connected and resilient EU rural areas, and the New European Innovation Agenda.
